Losing weight is not a big problem anymore if you know how to diet and practice strictly.

First of all, writing down everything you eat in your food journal. It could be valuable tool for successful diet. It can help you track what you are eating and writing down the calories too.  It will make you to understand how much you are consuming moreover you’ll prove your diet.

Secondly eating slowly many help weight control.  It takes a while for your stomach to tell the brain that it’s full.  Therefore eating fast will make you eat a lot at a time.

Next, water reduces food demand absolutely.  When you get hungry, try a glass of water first.  In addition, it’s not only make you’re not hungry but also, make you healthy and reduce the accumulation of fat as well.

Avoid all of fried food but, baking boiling and streaming are fine.  When you cook, try to use minimum of oil or never it could be better.  Many foods contain natural oils, there’s no need for cooking oil

As a consequence these are all common sense ideas that are tried and tested.  Follow some of suggestions and see if they work for you
